In July/August 2006 one hundred and one Explorer Scouts and Guides with 19 adults jumped on two coaches and headed to the Ardèche region in France for a seriously fun filled week.

With the assistance of Acorn Adventure, we had a week in the hot sunshine packed full of some fantastic activities and spectacular scenery when we had chance to look.

Activities included assault course, caving, team games, kayaking, 2 day descent of the Ardèche River (with Rapids!) and overnight bivvy, raft building, climbing, archery and lots, lots more.

All in all we had a fantastic time and we want to do it again.....

.... so that's exactly what we are going to do. In 2008 we are taking a group to Villeneuve in Italy.
