Christmas Parties at Lower Grange Farm

Over 300 Cubs and Beavers, six parties over three evenings, 33 pass the parcels, 340 packed teas and loads of glitter!  The party season started with a bang at Lower Grange Farm with music and dancing provided by the Turner girls and James Capon - the Cubs and Beavers played traditional party games and made some glittery items to take home.  All rounded off with a visit from Santa - twice nightly and spot the difference!  The finale included the next best thing to snow - bubbles!

The Cubs and Beavers came from all over Kent including Dover, Folkestone, Maidstone, Tonbridge and Medway.  Everyone said they had a great time.  The barn was beautifully decorated by the Lower Grange Farm SAS with a tree to rival Trafalgar Square and the festive fireplace added some warmth (not really - it's fake!!). 

Huge thanks to the team behind it - over 20 volunteers each night - glued, buttered rolls, made tea, parked cars and swept the floors!  We couldn't have done it without you - and it was a great excuse to buy and wear a Christmas jumper!!
