Christmas at Lower Grange Farm 2017
Lower Grange Farm opened its doors to the local community and our Scout friends from all over the county on Saturday 16th December to celebrate Christmas. It was lovely to see you all.
There were lots of amazing stalls selling Christmas gifts and novelties and games for people to win super prizes. There was a chance too to make a wooden ornament and find out how to support our Kent Scout expedition to the Antarctic. Visitors were also able to show their support to several young people raising money to attend the Kent Scout Ghana expedition and the next World Scout Jamboree in 2019. Lots of scrummy cakes, mince pies, burgers and ice cream ensured that everyone filled up on festive treats!
Thanks to everyone too who donated refreshments, books and raffle prizes - much appreciated.
A massive thank you to the team who made it all possible - we raised £729.07 for Lower Grange Farm projects. Thanks to everyone who came along too - we really appreciate your support.
