Wayne Bulpitt - UK Chief Commissioner

UK Chief Commissioner, Wayne Bulpitt, was on site on Tuesday talking to participants and staff. He had a look around the site and joined in on some activities.

Local Dignitaries

Kent Scouts were delighted to welcome guests from the County Council, Borough Councils, Parliament and the business community to the guest day at KIJ.  Mayors and MPs heard all about Scouting in Kent and beyond from Wayne Bulpitt, Chief Commissioner for England and Harvey Kennett our County Commissioner. 

The guests were guided around the site by young people keen to share with them their own Scouting experiences and the atmosphere of KIJ
