Beaver & Cub Adventure Days

Over 500 Cubs and Beavers came to the Lower Grange Farm Adventure Days.  Specially held to celebrate 30 years of Beavers and 100 years of Cub Scouting everyone who came along got a commemorative certificate.  The young people could have a go on the brand new pedal carts - the latest activity at LGF.  Everyone got a go at climbing, either in the climbing barn or on the Creed Tower which was busy all the time.  Along with the cave bus - another new addition to the LGF portfolio of activities. Groups can find out how to book the cave bus  here

Hundreds of rockets were launched during the day and the Kent Scout Air team were on hand to ensure lots of fun was had.

Fuelled with squash and biscuits the Beavers and Cubs enjoyed three action packed hours of activities.  Thanks to everyone who came along and especially those who helped for the whole weekend - we couldn't have done it without you!

Watch out for more Adventure days in 2017.

Beccy, Bunty and Ian.
